I haven't heard the Ron Burgundy version, but I can tell you that Ian Anderson (the flute player of the original Aqualung version) is a complete rip off of Roland Kirk. Try the Kirk albums Rip Rag and Panic and The Inflated Tear. Kirk is the true master.
